[BLDG-SIM] DOE-2.1 Questions

I modeled a building with DX cooling by first using PSZ and then by using a 
district chilled water system with SZRH.  However, the cooling MBTU in the 
BEPS report for SZRH is much higher than in the BEPS report for PSZ (about 
2.5 times higher).  Do you know why?  I thought they should come out close 
in MBTU.
