Sharon - you can't do this without some serious "faking" within eQuest -
only one system per zone. However, if you treat your radiant floor as
baseboard heaters (basically just BTU injectors) then you can combine
your "radiant floor" with cooling ventilation units, such as a VAV
system. always worth double checking that it is working correctly
though.

How does one model two isolated HVAC systems serving one zone?

 

I have a mixed use building with radiant floor heating (lots of
concrete) with a completely separate air side cooling system.  There is
a potential of running the ventilation loads through an ERV.
