[BLDG-SIM] air side summary reports in eQUEST

Folks,
 
I often use the air side summary report within the equest file (a tab on the air side HVAC sytem)  as a quick check.  However for one of my projects I realised that the results shown (sqft/ton) in this summary report were completely different from the results in the sim file (both weather file and design day).  has anyone experienced this, or has a good explanation.  What could I be doing wrong?
