[BLDG-SIM] DOE-2.1E-119 units conversion bug

Dear all,
 
I think there have a bug in DOE-2.1E-119 units conversion. I use the same
simple project which include only one room. The diffrence is roof
description method. One is use WIDTH & HEIGHT, and the other is use POLYGON.
Input as follows :
