[BLDG-SIM] RESET-RATIO Schedule in eQuest

I'm using a RESET-RATIO schedule in an eQuest simulation for the first time,
and I'm not sure what some the inputs under the Day Schedules tab mean.
Specifically, I'm wondering about the two temperature and ratio inputs.  Are
there any typical values other than the defaults?

 

I'm using this schedule to control my HW baseboards.
