FYI.

The closest thing I've seen is in use for big warehouse freezers. These can be fired with boilers or med to high temp solar systems. There have been several ASHRAE Seminar presentations that could be viewed on the Dallas DVD.

Subject: [BLDG-SIM] Solar desiccant dehumidifiers available yet?

Re-post, don't think the first time worked.

Does anyone know of a desiccant dehumidifier or absorption chiller
product that is regenerated by solar thermal energy, now commercially
available? I have seen some academic studies of these machines but I
can't find a commercial product.

We're looking for a capacity that is suitable for small buildings:
residential, small commercial, or small hotel use.

Thank you.
