[Bldg-sim] glazing, high rise condos, and LEED EAc1

What is the greatest amount of glazing (% of wall) you have been able to
model via the performance rating method to demonstrate a 10.5% savings
over 90.1-2004?

I have several models for 20-30 story condo projects where maximum
glazing is desired by the owner and I am tasked with modeling these
glass towers.  I'm just curious if I am trying to achieve the
impossible...
