This was one of the greatest upgrades that came out with Version 3.61e.
First create an hourly report with the variables you want.
After a simulation, click to view the detailed report.  
Click the Hourly Results button, voila, CSV is created.

Hi All,

I'd like to get eQUEST to generate an HOURLY-REPORT output file in any
format that can be imported into a spreadsheet as columns of numbers.
Right now I can get it to print in the output file as text with page
breaks and headers, but that's no good for me.  I'm sure there is a
 way,
and I'm sure someone knows how to do it!  So thank you for your
response!
