[Bldg-sim] eQuest - slab-on-grade construction

The report Jeff mentioned, which extends BESTEST (Building Energy Simulation
Test and Diagnostic Method) to include test cases for slab-on-grade heat
transfer, is currently going through the International Energy Agency (IEA)
approval process and pre-publication editing/formating by National Renewable
Energy Laboratory (NREL). We are planning for it to be published/posted
(publicly available) mid-2008.
