[BLDG-SIM] A Small Nuisance - non-technical question

I recently developed an eQuest model using CAD dwg files to enter floor
and space vertices. As it is a 3-story building with loads of
architecturally interesting features, one floor plan does not fit all
three floors. I created individual footprints for each floor (and for
each plenum, since the floor zoning translates to the plenum, which
would not match the zoning of the floor above), imported the
floor-by-floor models into the ground floor model, shifted origins to
get everything to stack up right (so I could see I hadn't missed
anything) and created thermal connections as appropriate. I am satisfied
with the results, however, each time I open the model I am informed that
the dwg files cannot be found, than asked if I would like to search for
them. There is a notification for each dwg file used and the model seems
to be completely insensitive to my verbal responses no matter their tone
or volume (my office mates seem to get the point...). Indeed, the dwg
files are no longer there, but then they are no longer necessary. The
model will be reviewed for LEED and there is no functional reason to
send the dwg files for the reviewer, so I would like to get rid of these
requests. Is there any way to cut these ties?

Thanks for any help.
