[BLDG-SIM] Steam and Chilled Water Meters

I'm modeling a project for LEED ECB compliance for a campus facility
that has district chilled water and steam. Having never used the chilled
water and steam meter functions before in eQUEST, I'm wondering if
anyone can give me some pointers on things to watch out for. How do you
document this in the ECB report? The steam & Chilled water meters only
give you a BTU output, and no dollar values. 

Any advice would be appreciated.
