[bldg-sim] eQuest and SI units

DOE-2.2 itself is compatible with SI unit use. But there is no apparent eQuest .BDL module to "fly" it through eQuest.

I suggest you set up your run in English units in eQuest, then switching the units outside eQuest in the .INP file.

I suspect you can still read the output data through the D2Sim reader as SI units.
