With concern about the environment comfort, the above links are by 
Gail Brager that addresses ASHRE Standard 55 and the development of a 
new ASHRAE Adaptive Comfort Standard (ACS). I'm not sure if this has 
been published yet. The long and short of it may be that your 75F temp 
could be pushed up.
