[bldg-sim] creating budget cases

I have heard that FSEC's energygauge software does it - havn't tried it
myself.

	One of tasks I find myself doing repeatedly is creating budget
cases, both for compliance and performance modeling.
	 
	I've been wondering if automated software could take a design
building and automatically create the budget case.
	 
	I'm currently modeling in VisDOE and eQuest and may soon expand
to TRNSYS.
	 
	Has anyone seen such add-ons for:
	- ASHRAE 90.1-2001
	- ASHRAE 90.1- 2004 ECB, and / or
	- ASHRAE 90.1-2004 App. G?
