[BLDG-SIM] LEED Window to Wall Ratio simulation

Hello,

This question is applicable to all modeling programs and pertains to
LEED-NC. I have a one-story building which has a 55% window to wall ratio
(WWR). The fenestration breaks down as roughly 20% glass doors and 80%
windows. When I create a baseline model of the building by reducing the WWR
to 40% and creating a band of windows evenly distributed across all facades,
is it necessary to maintain the same ratio between windows and glass doors
as what I have in the proposed building? Is this an acceptable method?

Thanks!
Andy
