[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST Library Files

I've edited my library file to contain some often used schedules.  They
show up when running the program, and load fine.   I'll then simulate
the building, once again fine, no errors, but during the rebuilding of
the model after the parametric runs, the schedules are deleted from the
project.  Anyone have this problem in the past?
