[BLDG-SIM] ASHRAE Addendum now allowed for LEED (Major LEED Decision impacting EAc1 Credit )

Dear Fellow Energy modelers,

The following posting has been placed on the USGBC website (
http://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=2664), which allows the use of
ASHRAE Addenda for all credits referencing ASHRAE standards.

Use of approved Addenda for ASHRAE Standards referenced in LEED

> with a Supplement published eighteen months after the Standard is

> development and ASHRAE standards development are not aligned and many

This should make fenestration modeling much easier for the Baseline Case for
projects opting to follow the Addendum.
