[BLDG-SIM] Cooling/Fan Energy Increase w/ Daylighting

I am modeling a high rise (25+ stories) building with daylighting and
typical floor-by-floor overhead VAV systems. For some reason, when I
introduce continuous daylighting control the cooling and fan energy use
are increasing though the lighting energy use is decreasing. Has anyone
come across this situation? It appears like there may be a bug... as
this phenomenon is difficult to explain.

Thanks for the help.
