[BLDG-SIM] water-side economizers

Hello all,

 

My question involves the use of a water-side economizer for achieving
"free cooling" during the off peak months.  Has anyone been able to gain
the benefits from this system?  I believe the source of my troubles is
in the control of the CHW temperature in the Condenser Loop.  When
looking at the hourly reports, I find that the air to water delta T
never exceeds the limit defined in the definition of the water-side
economizer.  Is there some type of temperature control method for the
condenser water that I am not using?
