[Bldg-sim] Modeling ASHRAE Baseline Glass with IES <VE>

Has anyone modeled a baseline building in Dubai for LEED, complying with 
ASHRAE 90.1?  I'm wondering how to match the glazing properties.  ASHRAE 
lists a SHGC and a U-value, but IES asks for transmittance, reflectances, 
and the refractive index. 

What is the best way to model glazing to meet the ASHRAE requirements?
