Subject: DOE eQUEST question

Hello! I found this mailing list while searching for eQUEST FAQ/Help/Email address to send bugs to. I am trying to model a building that will be located inside a hangar (enclosed on all sides but one). Two questions thus far that someone out there hopefully knows the answer to:

1) Is there a way to say "no exposure" for exterior walls like the option for roofs?

2) I have three demand blocks for Electric Utility Charges (screen 4/7 on Project and Site Data Wizard) - it let me add blocks once but I deleted them by accident and now it won't let me add blocks. If I select "Second Season" and try to add demand blocks there, it lets me.

Also on demand blocks, mine are

1st 500 kw - $9/kw
next 100 kw - $9.32/kw
over 1500 kw - $8.34/kw

Would the correct way to define this in eQUEST be to set block sizes at 500, 100, and 1500 and the $/kW at the respective values above? The Help section in eQUEST isn't clear on this point.

3) What is the difference between the Wizard and the "detailed interface"? Is the detailed interface just the other things you can click (EE measure wizard, simulate building performance, etc) under the "building creation wizard button"? If not, how do I access the "detailed interface" and what is it used for?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Kim
