[Bldg-sim] Ventilation fan electrical consumption

Hello,

I am working on an energy model using equest and I am trying to find out
a way to decrease the ventilation fan electrical consumption of my
building.  The problem is I am not sure what exactly determines that
calculation, so I would be appreciative if someone could explain that to
me.
