[Bldg-sim] Converting .epw to .bin for eQuest usage

Dear BldgSim

 

I am trying to convert several Chinese cities' weather files from .epw
to .bin for eQuest use.  I downloaded the eQuest Weather format
converter but I keep getting "Invalid File Name."  I know this has been
an issue in the past due to a quick search in the archives but I was
unable to find a solution to the problem.

 

Please share your advice!
