[Bldg-sim] Parametric Reports

[Mark Nieman]

This may be the bug where you need to click on one of the zoom buttons
in the upper corner to stabilize the screenshot of the parametric run
report.

You may be trying to open the summary parametric reports (at the bottom
of the report list) without having successfully run multiple parametric
runs -- eQUEST doesn't like this much and the report screen will flash
at you for a bit before advising that report info is not found.
