[Bldg-sim] Baseline for LEED SS c1 with Energypro

Dear all,

 

I have a question about using Energypro to build energy model for LEED
SS c1. The energy model baseline changes slightly every time I made some
changes to the proposed model. I usually need run different energy
scenarios to meet certain energy cost saving percentage to get LEED
credit. My question is: should I use a fixed baseline for all scenarios
or just used the automatic baseline by Energypro?
