[Bldg-sim] T24 parking garage lighting

Has anyone successfully run a T24 or SBD model with parking garage
lighting?

I am developing a model for Savings by Design and T24 compliance.  A large
part of the load is parking garage lighting that is subject to T24
compliance.  When selecting an occupancy type in the compliance section
there is no option for "parking garage" as there is in the T24
standard. The code is 0.4 w/sf and there is no space selection
available at this LPD.
If I designate the space as a different occupancy type, the compliance model
