[Bldg-sim] EA c1 and EQ c7.1

Hi,
 
I am working on LEED EA c1 and EQ c7.1. Per ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G, where no heat or cooling system exists, the heating or cooling system shall be identical to the system modeled in the baseline building design. For EQ c7.1 Thermal comfort, should I use the real HVAC system design excluding the fake heating or cooling systems modeled in equest to comply with ASHRAE 55? Any feedback on this issue is highly appreciated.
