[Bldg-sim] Modelling 2-pipe fancoil units with eQuest 3.6

Dan,

You cannot define that type of system until you get out of the design
wizard.  Once you finish the wizard, you have to go into detailed mode,
choose the system type "fan coil." Pick the appropriate chw loop and
under heating source, pick not installed.

Dear all,

 

I'm trying to model a 2-pipe fancoil system (cooling only) in eQuest 3.6
but cannot seem to find a suitable system description using the design
deveopment wizard. There is documentation on the eQuest 3 overview which
states that a system with CHW coils and no heating (2-pipe fancoil
cooling only) can be modelled with eQuest. Does anyone know why this
functionality is not in eQuest3.6, or indeed, how I go about modelling
this type of system?
