To support our growth, we seek Analysts and/or Associates to work in our
Energy and Resources Practice (ER).  These candidates will contribute to the
development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high quality products and
services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff.
 The Analysts and Associates at ICF International have an opportunity to
apply their experience and academic knowledge, gain exposure to major
projects, and interact with experts and clients in the field, while building
content knowledge and consulting skills.  Analysts and Associates advance in
our consulting practice and develop an area of special competence, with
increasing responsibility for project management and client contact.

Candidates receiving a Master's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, with
excellent written and oral communications skills, computer proficiency, and
interest in our Energy Efficiency line of business are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to
prioritize and multi-task, and the ability to work under strict deadlines in
a fast-paced environment,

*Energy Efficiency*

The Energy Efficiency group is a leader in designing and implementing
effective and innovative demand side management strategies at many levels,
including energy efficiency, demand response, and peak load management. Our
thorough understanding of our clients' needs enables us to help energy
companies, governments, and commercial clients worldwide to manage energy
consumption and peak demand.



*Requires*: Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering,
Building Science, or related subject, outreach and communications skills,
analytical skills, and self-motivation

Knowledge of building construction methods and mechanical systems, and
related energy use, highly valued



*Responsibilities*: Analyzing residential and/or commercial building
systems, using energy modeling tools (e.g., DOE-2, BLAST, EnergyPlus, etc.),
interpreting sustainable design practices (e.g., LEED, ENERGY STAR), and
in-depth analysis using spreadsheets, databases and Visual Basic
functions.Assisting with developing and implementing program
strategies, preparing and
presenting persuasive presentations, relationship building activities,
research and analysis of energy efficiency and industry issues, and
corresponding with industry and government representatives.
