[Bldg-sim] PSZ HP reheat energy in eQUEST

Hello,

I have modelled a PSZ HP system in eQUEST to satisfy a single zone and
have set the maximum humidity to 50%. The DOE2 help file for this system
type says that the PSZ can be used for humidity control of the control
zone because the location of the condenser coil is downstream of the
cooling coil. This suggests to me that reheat should come with no
additional compressor energy requirement. However, the hourly outputs I
have generated show that additional compressor energy is required. Can
anyone explain why?

Thanks
Derek
