[Bldg-sim] Packaged VAV with PIU

I am modeling an existing building that has packaged DX main air handling units with PIU terminals in perimeter zones and straight VAV terminals in interior zones. Using the packaged VAV system doesn't let me have PIU terminals, and using the PIU system requires a chilled water loop. Is there a way to have PIUs on packaged systems?
