[Bldg-sim] A software bug in Energypro?

Dear All,

I would like to know if anyone could explain or experience a same problem. I
use Energypro software and I try to make LEED submittal. In standard
building which is automatically generated in Energypro, I found out if I
extract BEPU report only, the percent of hours any system zone or any plant
load not satisfied shows "0.0". However If I extract BEPU report together
with SS-F report, the BEPU usually shows different number which in one of my
project it shows 51.2% which is very significant.

Is there anyone could explain me what happened with the software since the
standard building is automatically generated in Energypro and I could not
change any input. Is there anyway to fix the problem?
