[Bldg-sim] e-Quest error- negative net area of external walls

Delete EXTERIOR-WALL Exterior Wall 87.  Take care to make sure you don't
put more glass sf then wall sf.

Dear All,

I am getting this error, while simulating an office building in eQuest.

"ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL Exterior Wall 87 defined on line 4056 has a
negative net area"

A number of external walls are not visible in 3-d view now.

I have started working with e-Quest just a few months back and have no
idea what this error says about or what modification it needs.

Any help will be appreciated.
