[Bldg-sim] Negative Cooling Energy

SIM List,

                I have run into a situation where I am able to get
negative energy use under cooling by specifying a cold water reset
schedule for my chiller (Type: Electric Screw). I am using eQUEST 3.61e,
the chiller has a part load curve specified as well.

Is this a valid and if so, how?
