[Bldg-sim] LEED and Trane TRACE

and if the project is not very complicated, Trace is pretty good program.
It can rotate the building for you, calculate the unmet hours, calculate the baseline fan power. It can do simply daylighting modeling.
It can't simulate solar panel and radiant cooling system. I am not sure about the displacement ventilation.
Also, using it for LEED modeling is totally a different complexity level compared using it for load calculation. If you plan to use for LEED modeling, you should keep it separated from load calculation.
