[Bldg-sim] DOE2 User Input Expressions

Thanks Brian-

aaahhh...I guess DOE2 doesn't read strings without using the 'SymIndex'
keyword and for some reason eQuest only reads the "LIGHTING-SCHEDUL" keyword
not "LIGHTING-SCHEDULE".
