[Bldg-sim] cooling degree days (base 50) for dubai / Abu/dhabi ?

Folks,
 
Does anyone know what the cooling degree days (base 50) for dubai /
Abu/dhabi are?, ASHRAE seems to have a number of locations but nothing
for UAE, Iran etc.
