[Bldg-sim] District heating and cooling

All:

I would like to simulate district heating and cooling using DOE-2.1E. I know I can use RESOURCE=STEAM and RESOURCE=CHILLED WATER under the ENERGY-RESOURCE commnad. Unfortunately, I was not successful. Zero metered energy was obtained from Chilled Water. Could anyone share experience with me?
