Aaron,
The loop to loop heat pump chiller works only with a lake/well type condenser water loop. Have you considered using a heat recovery chiller for your application?

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Dedicated Heat Recovery Chiller
All:
I am trying to model using a dedicated heat recovery chiller between my hot water loop and my chilled water loop. I am using the type loop-to-loop heat pump and cannot get it to run properly without errors.
Has anyone been able to get this to work?
Thanks,
