[Bldg-sim] Version Opening Error

In my experience, there is no descending compatibility between 3.61 and
3.6. 

You'll probably need to reverse back to 3.61.

Hello All,

I used eQuest 3.61b to modify a file created from eQuest 3.61. I am
trying to open this modified file in eQuet 3.6 again and I get the
following error.

Does anyone have any prior experience with this?
