FYI...
 
You can do this with DOE-2 or EQUEST by cutting off the simulation at the SYSTEMS portion and summing
the chilled water and hot water that goes to PLANT. I believe you'll find the information you need in the
SS-D report for the total loads going to PLANT.

I'm trying to figure out a way to model utility rates using a campus chiller.  The building is billed by the ton of chilled water used.  If anyone can help me find a way to do this it would be greatly appreciated.
