[Bldg-sim] codes or practice guides for district cooling system

Hi, all
I wonder if anyone can recommend some codes or practice guides for district cooling system. It can cover any aspect of the system, like design, maintenance etc. I did a quick search through google and could not find too much useful information.

Any suggestions or comments would be highly appreciated.
