[Bldg-sim] using eQUEST to simulate an environmental chamber to test an experimental air handler unit configuration

We are using an environmental chamber to test an experimental air handler unit configuration.
I have modelled a building with an interior zone that is modelled after the environmental chamber.

This model is satisfactorily calibrated to actual data at a setpoint of 77 degrees Fahrenheit and 45% rel hum,
but at different setpoints the model no longer agrees with actual power consumption data.
Is there a way to control chiller power usage over a range of operating conditions?
