Simulation Specialist. See the job listing below:


  Building Energy Simulation Specialist

Help our team to redefine and develop world-class computer software for 
analyzing building energy use. The building energy simulation specialist 
will focus on new and continuing development of building energy software 
such as EnergyGauge <http://www.energygauge.com/> ( 
http://www.energygauge.com/ ) and EnergyPlus 
<http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/> ( 
http://www.energyplus.gov ). Duties will include writing technical 
specifications and implementation plans, writing and testing software 
code, and developing documentation.



    Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science 
from an accredited institution, and have at least three years of 
experience in building energy analysis. Experience with software 
development, the Microsoft .NET platform, writing installation packages, 
building energy codes, and/or energy modeling for LEED green building 
certification preferred. Candidates with Master’s or PhD degree from an 
accredited institution can substitute significant building science and 
simulation coursework for experience.
