[Bldg-sim] Window overhangs at 30 degrees

Teck,
1. You will need to be in the 'Detailed Data Edit Mode' to be able to
accomplish this.
2. Once there, check the properties of a window and get to the
'Fins-Overhang' tab.
3. Change the angle (OAng) to 60 degree - that will actually give you the
30 deg downward tilt you want.
4. If you want to do this for several windows, go to the windows
properties spreadsheet, change display mode to 'Fins & Overhang', and change
the overhang properties here. You can edit numbers for one window and copy
them for others.
