Hi Rachit, could you give a little more information about what you are trying to do?  OpenStudio displays the EnergyPlus geometry input from the idf file and allows you to edit it from the SketchUp interface, the data rendering mode is for coloring zones/surfaces using simulation results from the eso file.  RunPeriod selects the time period you want to run the simulation for.  For an OpenStudio tutorial please see this message:

Hello

I am using open studio for comparing performance (which form is better) of
various building forms for a design project.
I am facing a problem in rendering the 3D model of various forms. In data
source, rendering setting, when I browse, it ask for .*eso* file. Second
thing is run period. How to proceed further in this. Also I am not getting
any tutorial to solve this.
