[Bldg-sim] Fan Coil Units in ASHRAE 90.1-2004

Hello,

I would like to assess whether a HVAC system is compliance with ASHRAE
90.1-2004 minimum requirements, but I am unable to decide which table to
use for efficiency. The equipments in question are fan coils, but I don't
understand which table entry in ASHRAE 90.1 Tables 6.8.1 correspond to
this kind of equipment. This is a project striving for LEED-CI, and
fan-coils are the only equipment installed during tenant fit-out.
