[Bldg-sim] LEED-NC - Hospital Overbuild

I am currently working on performing an Energy Model for a Hospital
addition that will be credited under LEED-NC. The project includes a
renovation of third and forth floors (LEED-CI) and construction of a new
fifth floor and mechanical equipment room that will serve all three
floors. I am having trouble determining an approach for modeling the
EAc1 mechanical systems for the isolated fifth floor model and
accounting for primary mechanical equipment which consists of an
assortment of existing hydronic systems throughout the hospital. I
understand this is quite vague but any guidance will be greatly
appreciated.
