[Bldg-sim] Separate Meters in Energy Pro 5

Does anyone know how to create separate meters for tenant and Core and Shell
Energy in Energy Pro 5? I looked through the help files and couldn't find
it.

Is anyone familiar with the recent additional requirements set forth by
USGBC for C&S EAc1 with regard to Core and Shell and Tenant Energy use %'s?
