[Bldg-sim] Closed Circuit CTs

Hi,

Can anyone shed light on whether evaporative closed circuit cooling towers
are required to comply with table 6.8.1G of ASHRAE 90.1 2007?

This table shows the required heat rejection equipment performance in terms
of gpm per nameplate horsepower, but it seems to be more applicable to open
cooling towers. 

If the table is only for open towers, is there a separate requirement for
closed circuit evap coolers?
